Cancellation Policy

Guest may cancel the reservation sixty (60) days before the Arrival Date and receive a refund on the Reservation MINUS THE 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE!

Guest cancellations and or changes within sixty (60) days of the Arrival Date will result in forfeiture of all funds paid.

Please take note of our policy, if you cancel more than sixty (60) days before your arrival date we will be able to refund you everything BUT the 3% credit card processing fee. This fee goes straight to our credit card processing company.
